Missing order and no reply from h&b after 4 emails sent to them. Terrible customer service.

I ordered for my daughters birthday and the items are missing. Iv tried with Evri and they're trying to help but h&b have not even given me 1 reply let alone try and help. Absolutely terrible customer service. Won't be wasting my money again.
