HNB Cosmetics does not accept responsibility for any duties, taxes and custom charges with international postage. This is payable by the customer and is non refundable. 

Please ensure all enquires related to tracking and shipment of orders are raised within 30 days of placing the order. Any enquires that fall outside of the 30 day period may have restrictions in place and HNB Cosmetics reserve the right to refund orders that have been lost or damaged beyond their control.
